John Stockton is one of the best NBA point guards there ever was. In college he played for Gonzaga. He was named All-NBA First Team after entering the NBA. He was on the First Team in 1994 and 95. He was frequently on the second team in 1988 and 90, 1992 and 93, and 1996. He was also on on a third team in 1991, 97 and 99. He was named to four All-NBA Defensive second teams in 1989, 91, 92 and 97. He has been to the all-star game 9 consecutive times 1988 through 1997. He plays for the Utah Jazz. Stockton is one of the best guards the Jazz have ever seen. Yes he can drive to the hole or take the little jumper, or of course my favorite pass to his former teammate Karl Malone for the hammer dunk. Sadly John Stockton decide to retire, at the age of 41 after 19 seasons with the Utah Jazz. This great player is one of the best leading the NBA in assists and steals with (15,806) assists and (3,265) steals.
